The Hyatt Regency Resort and Spa is a luxury resort and residential development located on 20 hectares of prime property stretching along 650 meters of renowned beach. The hotel’s 258 guest rooms are grouped in clusters to the east and west of the lobby, preserving the small scale village-feel of the development. Each cluster consists a 3-storey building angled to maximise the spectacular seaviews and a number of two-story blocks offering intimate accommodation in a sheltered tropical garden setting. To the south of the hotel are 30 beachfront residences, each with two bedrooms plus a study/ bedroom, a pool, and garden with outside covered lounge area. All the residences are elevated to provide a superior vantage point to the sea.
