The project is located at a peninsula between Yangtse River and Hanjian River in China’s most populous city in Central China. This site is 2.2km by 1.6km. It is divided into two main parts: the northern site, which is of mixed use commercial and residential development of approximately 2,000,000 sqm; while the southern site is for 350,000 sqm residential and associated amenities.
