Charmzone Headquarters, Seoul, Korea

Located centre of Gangnam area next to Samsung station. This building includes headquarter offices for Charmzone cosmetic company and AUDI showroom on the ground and second floors.

Louvers are introduced to the facade not only to control sun light entering the building but also creates an interesting facade design feature.

With a level difference between the main road at the front of building and the subroad at the back of building, a floor plan with flexible use is designed.
